Na festiwal owoców
Jesteśmy przygotowani do owocowej uczty w naszej szkole. W ramach szkolnych dni promujących zdrowie rozłożymy nasze stoisko na głównym holu. Będziemy częstować owocowymi przekaskami. Mamy też kilkaset ulotek promujących zdrowe odżywianie, owoce i projekt European Fruit Museum. Przygotowaliśmy przepisy na owocowe dania i napoje, przy których realizacji w domu nasi uczniowie będą łączyć przygotowanie zdrowych przekąsek z powtarzaniem zwrotów w języku obcym :) Zapraszamy 21 maja 2014 w godz.10 - 13 !
FRUIT SALAD WITH HONEY
Ingredients:
Ø  1 apple
Ø  1 pear
Ø  1 orange
Ø  a few strawberries
Ø  2 tablespoon honey
How to  make:
Ø  wash fruits,
Ø  peel an apple, a pear and an orange and slice them,
Ø  put the fruits into a bowl and add strawberries;
Ø  add  honey and mix everything,
! can be served with cream or icecream


LEMON SORBET
Ingredients:
Ø  6 lemons juice
Ø  1 lemon grated peel
Ø  6 teblespoons powder sugar
Ø  50 ml water
How to make:
Ø  put lemon juice, lemon peel and sugar into a mixing bowl,
Ø  mix them till they are smooth mixture,
Ø  pour the mixture into a bowl and put into the freezer for 2-3 hours,
Ø  then mix it again with 50 ml water for about 3-5 minutes,
Ø  freeze again.
! can be served with other fruits

STRAWBERRY SHAKE
Ingredients:
Ø  about 7 big strawberries,
Ø  2 glasses  milk,
Ø  2 tablespoons  sugar,
Ø  4 ice cubes
How to make:
Ø  wash strawberries and put them into a bowl,
Ø  add milk and sugar,
Ø  mix everything till smooth mixture,
Ø  puor the mixture into glasses and put into a fridge for 20 minutes
Ø   serve with ice
SIMPLE FRUIT SALAD
Ingredients:
Ø  1 cup strawberries
Ø  1cup cherries
Ø  ½ cup blueberries
Ø  ½ red apple
Ø  ½ peach
Ø  1 kiwi
Ø  2 tablespoon lemon juice
How to make:
Ø  Wash all of your fruits,
Ø  Halve your cherries,
Ø  Chop the strawberries, red apple, peach, and kiwi into pieces,
Ø  Place all the fruit in a bowl,
Ø  Add lemon juice, mix and serve.

BAKED BANANAS
Ingredients:
Ø  4 firm bananas
Ø  1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons melted butter
Ø  salt
Ø  2 to 3 tablespoon firmly packed brown sugar
How to make:
Ø  preheat oven to 375°,
Ø  peel bananas and place in a  baking dish,
Ø  brush generously with butter and sprinkle lightly with salt,
Ø   sprinkle brown sugar  over bananas,
Ø  bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until bananas are tender,
Ø  serve with syrup or a dessert sauce.




FRUIT COMPOTE
Ingredients:
Ø  ¾ cup water
Ø  ½ cup sugar
Ø  2 teaspoon lemon juice
Ø  1 cup chopped fruit
How to make:
Ø  bring the water, sugar and lemon juice to the boil,
Ø  add the chopped fruit and cook over a low heat until syrup and the fruit is soft and beginning to break down,
Ø  take the compote off  the heat and  cool before using,

Ø  store in the fridge for up to three days.
